The book is divided into 4 chapters, mirroring the 4 seasons and the different produce available during that period – you will not find recipes with fresh orange in the summer chapter and you will not find recipes with fresh tomatoes in the winter chapter!
The photography of the book was all done myself mostly on the premises of Vincent’s eco estate – An organic and sustainable farm in Mgarr where I was constantly inspired by the changing of the seasons and the beauty of nature! I also dive into the traditional Mediterranean way of life – a simpler life connected to nature
